What was the highlight of Grand Sahid Jaya CBD
Hotel was a little dated and could do with some work to improve décor and bathrooms. Good Location.
Good Location and reasonable price with larger than average rooms. Food & Beverage Options limited and Room Service through an online app was a little slow.
Breakfast was not the best but they did have a reasonable selection. Business Centre was not available during my stay and it appeared that renovations were being undertaken during my stay there. TV was temperamental and was subject to not working correctly which assume was due to poor WIFI connection.

1. Room furnishings are dated. 2. TV faulty but was replaced after being informed. 3. Aircon not cold. After fixing, ceiling leaked. 4. Bathtub dirty. 5. Items faulty eg hair dryer, chair etc 6. Room service and laundry services slow

A landmark hotel that us well known and appreciated. Very large complex.
4th floor had black mold. The whole hotel needed renovation as it was starting to look a bit shabby.
